Summary
As Gala Chair, I led the planning and production of Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School’s annual fundraising gala at Sarasota Yacht Club for approximately 200 guests. I oversaw the event experience from concept through execution, including committee leadership, décor, guest flow, vendor coordination, audiovisual, dining and both silent and live auction strategy.

The result was a polished, high-energy evening that raised more than $150,000 for the school—roughly double the prior year’s total—while creating an experience that brought parents, supporters and the broader Mooney community together around a shared purpose.
