The Experience

From a beachside welcome reception and dinner at St. Armands Circle to engaging leadership sessions, a private evening at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, and a closing golf outing, every detail was designed to help attendees connect, recharge and experience Sarasota in a meaningful way.

After hurricanes Helene and Milton forced the summit to be rescheduled, I managed the many moving parts behind the event—including guest experience, venues, transportation, dining, vendor coordination and on-site execution. The result was a cohesive retreat that gave attendees time to connect professionally, build relationships and enjoy a memorable change of scenery.

Adapting the Experience

When unusually cold weather made the planned sunset cruise impractical, I quickly reworked the evening around a private reception at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium. The change preserved the spirit of the program while giving attendees a distinctive Sarasota experience without disrupting the overall flow of the retreat.

The highly successful three-day retreat strengthened relationships, created memorable shared experiences and earned an enthusiastic commitment to return.
