Clear Nexus Leadership Summit | The Resort at Longboat Key Club

A three-day leadership retreat blending strategy, connection and the best of Sarasota.

I produced this three-day leadership summit for Clear Nexus at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, creating an experience that balanced focused business sessions with networking, hospitality and destination-driven activities.

The program included a waterfront welcome reception, dinner at St. Armands Circle, leadership sessions, poolside meals, a private cocktail reception at Mote Aquarium, time in downtown Sarasota, a beachfront gathering and a closing golf tournament. A custom logo was created for the event and was carried through to gift bags, menus, linens, signage and name badges.

I managed the many moving pieces behind the experience—including guest logistics, transportation, venues, dining, activities, vendors and on-site execution—while adapting plans as conditions changed.

The result was a cohesive retreat that gave attendees time to connect professionally, build relationships and enjoy a memorable change of scenery.
