For more than a decade, I partnered with Bert’s Big Adventure to help create memorable experiences for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. My work included event design and planning for the organization’s annual Walt Disney World send-off celebration, coordinating décor, entertainment and vendor partners while securing donated products and services whenever possible.

I also created the Monthly Birthday Bash program, bringing current and alumni families together throughout the year to celebrate birthdays and stay connected to the Bert’s Big Adventure community.

What began as event support grew into a long-standing partnership built on relationships, creativity and a shared goal: making families feel celebrated, supported and connected.
